Ved besøg fra Fødevarestyrelsen skal den frivillige kunne følgende:

* Den frivillige skal kunne beskrive mundtligt, hvorledes varer i KBHFF håndteres forsvarligt. (Se dokumenter for risikoanalyse og egenkontrol)
* Fremvise lokalafdelingens risikoanalyse og egenkontrol (risikoanalysen er specifik for lokalafdelingen egenkontrollen er fælles for hele KBHFF)
Der bør være et fysisk eksemplar i lokalafdelingen. Alternativt kan de også findes digitalt her: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1tWPJJ2BjvQ_Gv0Y0ay3vReFPvqov7NNJ?usp=sharing

During visits from the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, the volunteer should be able to do the following:

* The volunteer should be able to orally describe how goods are handled appropriately in KBHFF (see risk analysis and self-control).
* Present the local branch's risk analysis and self-control (the risk analysis is specific to the local branch, while self-control is common to the entire KBHFF).
