Ugens Pose er lister af de varer, som KBHFF modtager om onsdagen. Ugens Pose bruges af rigtig mange medlemmer i KBHFF hver eneste onsdag: Fælleslagervagterne, chaufførerne, modtagevagterne, pakkevagterne og løssalgsvagterne. Ugens Pose omtales også som Pakkesedlen og Følgesedlen. 
Teknisk set er Ugens Pose et regneark (Google Spreadsheet) med en fane for hver afdeling og en fane for Fælleslageret. Når Ugens Pose er printet bliver den i folkemunde (og i de fleste vagtbeskrivelser) kaldt for Pakkesedlen. Ugens Pose bliver printet for alle afdelinger hver uge på Fælleslageret, og disse print af faner sendes så med chaufførerne ud til lokalafdelingerne som følgesedler. På hver følgeseddel er det noteret, hvis en afdeling har fået for meget eller for lidt af en varer, eller hvis afdelingen modtager en vare, som slet ikke er kommet på Ugens Pose.
Ydermere er Ugens Pose en side på KBHFF's hjemmeside, hvor indholdet af ugens pose præsenteres i en lidt flottere form end i dette regneark.  
Det er ugens indkøbere, som komponerer Ugens Pose - i fysisk form og elektronisk på hjemmesiden og her på wikien og navn og kontaktoplysninger på ugens indkøber findes nederst

Ugens pose is a list of the goods that KBHFF receives on Wednesdays. Ugens pose  is used by many members of KBHFF every Wednesday: the common warehouse guards, the drivers, the reception guards, the parcel guards and the bulk sales guards. Ugens pose  is also referred to as the Parcel slip and the Delivery slip. 
Technically, Ugens pose  is a spreadsheet (Google Spreadsheet) with a tab for each department and a tab for the Joint Warehouse. When the Ugens pose  is printed, it is commonly (and in most shift descriptions) called the Packing Slip. The Ugens pose  is printed for all departments each week at the 'Fælleslager', and these printed tabs are then sent with the drivers to the local departments as delivery notes. On each delivery note, it is noted if a department has received too much or too little of a product, or if the department receives a product that has not been included in the Bag of the Week at all.
Furthermore, the Ugens pose  is a page on KBHFF's website where the contents of the bag of the week are presented in a slightly more attractive form than in this spreadsheet.  
It is the buyers of the week who compose the Ugens pose  - in physical form and electronically on the website and here on the wiki and the name and contact details of the buyer of the week can be found at the bottom
