! 1. Håndtering ved manglende varer i levering til afdeling / Guide for repayment in case of missing goods Copenhagen Food Collective ''English guide see bellow'' Vores varer forhandles på forskellige måder, og de skal derfor håndteres forskelligt ved eventuelle mangler ved levering til afdelingerne. Dette er en guide til hvordan tilbagebetaling ved manglende varer bør håndteres i afdelingerne. I skulle gerne modtage en besked via følgesedlerne (Ugens pose) fra fælleslageret, hvis der mangler varer i leveringen om onsdagen, er det ikke tilfældet og er I ikke blevet orienteret af fælleslageret, bedes I give besked til fælleskoordinatoren på fk@kbhff.dk. !!! Grøntposen (forudbetalt) Manglende varer i grønsagsposen må kompenseres med andre varer enten fra løssalg eller fra ‘tørvarelageret’. Forsøg at finde noget der ca. rammer samme pris som den manglende vare. Hvis der mangler hele poser, kan de genbestilles som beskrevet herunder. !!! Kartoffelposen/frugtposen/svampeposen/grønsagsposen (forudbetalt) Manglende kartoffel-, frugt-, svampe- og grønsagspose kan bedst tilbagebetales ved at bestillingen flyttes til en ny dato. Kontakt IT på it@kbhff.dk det er vigtigt, at I IKKE tjekker, de ikke afhentede poser af på hjemmesiden, det gør det lettere for IT at udføre deres arbejde. IT vil flytte de manglende poser to uger frem, på den måde har medlemmerne selv en uge til at flytte deres ordre på hjemmesiden. !!! Løssalg (forudbetalt) Manglende varer til forudbestilt løssalg må kompenseres med andre varer enten fra løssalg eller fra ‘tørvarelageret’. Forsøg at finde noget der ca. rammer samme pris. Priser på alle varer fremgår af pakkesedlen. Ved manglende levering af et helt vareparti, kan beløbet blive refunderet. Refunderingen udføres af fælleskoordinatoren. Andet løssalg Mangler der varer til løssalg gøres der ikke så meget ud af det, men der skal alligevel gives besked, så den manglende levering ikke faktureres fra avleren. Som regel er varerne ved en fejl havnet i en anden afdeling og forhåbentlig blevet solgt der. Der gives besked til fælleskoordinatoren på fk@kbhff.dk. This is a guide on how to handle repayment in case of missing goods in the local departments. !!! General handling of missing goods in delivery to local department You should receive a message in the delivery note (pakkeseddel “ugens pose”) from the common warehouse if there are missing items in the delivery on Wednesdays, if this is not the case and you have not been informed by the common warehouse, please notify the common coordinator (fælles koordinatoren) at fk@kbhff.dk as well as indkoeb@kbhff.dk. !!! Vegetable bag (prepaid) Missing items in the vegetable bag must be compensated with other items either from sale of individual goods (løssalg) or from the 'dry goods storage'. Try to find something that is roughly the same price as the missing item. If entire bags are missing, they can be reordered as described below. !!! Potato bag/fruit bag/mushroom bag/vegetable bag (prepaid) Missing potato, fruit, mushroom, and vegetable bags are best repaid by moving the order to a new date. Contact IT at it@kbhff.dk, it is important that you DO NOT check the uncollected bags on the website, as this makes it easier for IT to do their job. IT will move the missing bags two weeks ahead, this way members have a week to move the order on the website. !!! Sale of individual goods (prepaid) Missing items from pre-ordered loose goods may be substituted with other items, either from the loose goods section or from the dry goods storage. Try to find something of roughly the same value. Prices for all items are listed on the packing slip. If an entire batch of goods is not delivered, the amount may be refunded. Refunds are handled by the common coordinator. Unsure about the type of refund you are entitled to? Contact the board at bestyrelse@kbhff.dk. !!! Other sale of individual goods (løsslag) If items are missing for sale of individual goods (løsslag), not much is made of it, but notification must still be given, so that the missing delivery is not invoiced from the farmer. Usually, the items have accidentally ended up in another local department and hopefully have been sold there. Notification should be given to the common coordinator (fælles koordinatoren) at fk@kbhff.dk as well as indkoeb@kbhff.dk.
