! __Opening the shop__ Our members can pick up their bags from 4.00 pm onwards when the shop opens. You may not have finished packing all the bags if the vegetables were delivered late. This isn’t a problem. Early arrivals can pick up one of the packed bags. If you really feel you’re lagging behind, don’t panic; KBHFF is a cooperative and the arriving members can help you pack. It will always be a communal responsibility to make things run smoothly. Remind the members to place their old bags in the black bucket. If they haven’t brought their bag with them, they can take their vegetables in one of the orange potato bags. They will always be able to secure a KBHFF bag at DKK 50 via MobilePay (84267). Sometimes we might have leftover bread from the organic bakery “Det Rene Brød.” Be sure to put it out, it’s free of charge to the members. !!! __Registration of bags picked up__ Registration in our system when a bag is picked up is vital. This is done in __“Frivillig på arbejde –> Butiksvagt”__ at our website (Voluntary work –> Shop assistant). Here you’ll find a list of all the orders, and who has ordered what on the day concerned. To access the system, you need __“kassemesteradgang” __(cashier access.) You attain this by writing to norrebro@kbhff.dk or via someone who has this access giving you the same status through their login. Remember to bring a laptop or cell phone to access the Internet. The Internet connection at the Korsgade shop is “kafa-x” and the password is “Korsgade19”. Please register all delivered items. All orders are to be registered, as in if one member has ordered vegetables, fruit as well as fungi (i.e. three separate orders.) Registration is completed by clicking next to the order in the system, whereby it is removed from the list. !!! __The following week’s orders__ If a member asks if he or she can order a bag for the following week(s) ask them if they can do it on the Internet from home. This is the easiest way. If a member cannot order through the Internet, f.ex. if they haven’t got a Danish bank account, the shop assistant can do it on their behalf on the KBHFF website at __’Frivillig på arbejde’ –>’Medlemshjælp’__ (Voluntary work –>Members’ help). Search for the Member’s name. Their name will appear at the bottom of the page, click on it and you will be able to make the order according to the Member’s wishes. Remember to check that the order is on the correct date. When the items are ticked on the right date, you press “Register MobilePay 84267” and ask the Member to pay for his/her goods through the correct categories or by cash. !!! __Sale of individual items__ Items for individual sale can be purchased at the kg price indicated on the itemized list from the Central Warehouse. Use the QR-code indicating individual sale and scan it. If closing time is approaching and there are bags or items that haven’t been picked up, you could possibly send a text message as an extra service. Mobile numbers are found by searching for a member in the menu __‘Medlemshjælp’ –> ‘Frivillig på arbejde’__. In the event of problems, our Member Kirsten Monrad will always offer assistance. Her cell phone number is 22 66 65 53 and she lives close by. !!! __New members__ We inform anybody dropping in to register membership about KBHFF’s concept, voluntary work, etc. (Read and update yourself on our website: https://kbhff.dk/om/). Registration of membership is at __'Frivillig på arbejde' –> 'Medlemshjælp' –> 'Opret nyt medlem'__. The registration fee is DKK 100. !!! __Closing the shop__ The shop closes at 6.00 pm. Most of the bags will have been picked up a long time before this, and you will have been able to clear up and clean a bit, leaving you free to leave quickly. Place the dry goods back in the cellar Any bags that haven’t been picked up are left in the cellar with a name tag on them. Send a text message to Kirsten Monrad Jensen (22 66 65 53). She will contact their owners. You can find the mobile numbers and send a text message yourself, if you are feeling extra helpful ☺ Fold the green vegetable boxes and deposit them in the cellar. Wipe the tables, sweep the floor (brooms and the dustpan and brush are found in the kitchen opposite the sink). If necessary, clean the sink with the sponge. We share the rooms with many other associations, so we try to leave them in good order. __Final steps__ Turn off the lights, lock the door and put the key back in the key box.
