Status for det nye IT-system


Per juni 2021 har vi lanceret første version af det nye medlemssystem, som inkluderer følger faser:
As of June 2021 we have launched the first version of the new member system, which includes the following phases:

Phase 1: Syncronisation with current/old system
Phase 2: Start of new system.

  • Set-up of systemarchitecture
  • Setup of database
  • Login-funktion


Tak for støtten
Til at realisere projektet har vi modtaget i alt 51.000 kr i støtte. Herunder 41.000 kr fra vores online indsamling.

Phase 3A (signup)

  • Sign me up (for users): a new member of KBHFF can sign up online using the website and pay the kontingent.
  • Create new member (for shop personnel): the shop staff can sign up members of KBHFF.
  • Set up user groups (roles) in Janitor (the new back-end system): different users have different roles/permissions (e.g. shop personnel, buyer, local administrator) in the Janitor system.


Phase 3B (members’ help page - Medlemshjælp)

  • Prepare to transfer order data: script to make sure that we can transfer active orders to the new system when we launch.
  • Launch page with search bar: the shop staff can search for a member, using their name, contact details or member number. This is the first point of access to order something for a member or help edit their profile or orders.
  • GDPR consent after launch page: the shop staff can collect consent from members visiting the shop before they order a bag through the new system.
  • Copy of “Min side” for shop staff: allows shop staff to edit members’ info (name, type of membership, etc.) and, at a later phase, orders (move an order to another date).


Phase 3B2 (feature updates)

  • Dynamic QR codes for mobilepay: so we can better track payments. QR codes used for mobilepay payments contain member number and order number.
  • Update to sign-up flow: To update the sign-up flow to remove the possibility to skip payment and force a payment page when the user logs in for the first time if they closed the browser upon reaching the payment page when signing up from home.
  • Add possibility for credit card payments in the shop: Add tab to kassemester’s payment options to allow members to enter their credit card information and pay with card in the shop.
  • Restrict search box in medlemshjælp: A regular kassemester should only be able to search for people in their own department. A few “administrators” in each department will be able to search for anyone in KBHFF.
  • Redesign of “select your membership” page in the sign-up flow: implement the new design and implement design of “quote boxes”.
  • Implement kasse function: this replaces the google form and allows the kassemester to check whether orders placed match cash received and allows the kassemester to input other incomings and outgoings in cash during the shift. Includes back-end view of data for the accountant.
  • Force accept of handling persondata samtykke before accessing Frivillig på arbejde: Force the kassemester to accept terms for handling other members’ persondata before being able to access Medlemshjælp or other Frivillig pages.


Phase 3C (webshop)

  • Back-end/database: create product and pick-up date: we can create a new item (e.g. a bag type or an individual good such as onions, potatoes) and set a new pick-up date for members to pick up their goods.
  • Basic webshop (for members): members can order products for a specific date or dates. Existing orders are shown on the webshop page.
  • Basic webshop (for shop staff): shop staff can order a bag of vegetables on behalf of a member.
  • Payment in webshop: orders can be paid with VISA/Mastercard for online orders (not just Dankort), or MobilePay or cash for orders in the shop.
  • (Plus Kontingent: work to update the phase 3a development of the kontingent payment to make automatic renewal possible.)


Phase 3D (shop customisations) - and Phase 3E (user rights management and mass messaging system) were completed in May and June 2021

Kodeskole fra februar til juni 2018.

I samarbejde med Think.dk har vi gennemført et webprogrammeringskursus for medlemmer af KBHFF, som er interesseret i at være med til at udvikle det ny system. Kurset krævede ikke forudgående kendskab til programmering. 4 folk fra KBHFF har gennemført kurset og er nu med til at arbejde på systemet.
