!!De Fælles Arbejdsgrupper På denne side findes links til de fælles arbejdsgrupper i KBHFF. ((Grupper-Bestyrelsen|Bestyrelsen)) ((Grupper-Indkoeb|Indkøbsgruppen)) ((Grupper-IT|IT-gruppen)) ((Grupper-Lugning|Lugepatruljen)) ((koordineringsmoedet|Fællesmødet)) Fællesmødet er der, hvor foreningens medlemmer har mulighed for at sætte deres præg på foreningen. Det er nogle hyggelige timer, hvor vi fejrer fællesskabet, spiser aftensmad sammen og lærer hinanden bedre at kende. __Fællesmødet har i grove træk følgende struktur:__ 17:00 - 18:00 Fællesmøde - punkter på dagsordenen gennemgås, herunder eksempelvis 'nyt fra afdelingerne'. Der kan stilles opklarende spørgsmål, men den længere diskussion tages i mindre grupper eller der vedtages en fælles beslutning. 18:00 - 19:30 Arbejde i mindre grupper. Det kan eksempelvis være planlægning af et større arrangement, kommunikations kampagne, planlægning af svampeposen med mere. 19:30 - 20:00 Fællesspisning 20:00 - 21:00 Fremlæggelse af forslag og beslutningsprocesser. I de mindre grupper, som nedsættes efter punkterne fra dagsordnen, bearbejdes dagens dagsordenen så der kan præsenteres konkrete løsningsforslag sidst på dagen. Det kan også være at de løser en konkret opgave under mødet; f.eks. skriver invitationer til fællesarrangement, planlægning af et event eller oprydning i diverse vagtplaner. Et andet nyt tiltag er, at vi med fællesmøderne ønsker at aktivere de 'menige medlemmer', så vi bliver flere om opgaverne. Vi inviterer til fællesspisning/workshop/fællesmøde under parolen 'vær med til at skabe dit eget fødevarefællesskab'. Derved håber vi, at det bliver attraktivt og nemt som menig medlem at være med til at løse foreningens opgaver på en social og hyggelig måde. Hvornår er der fællesmøder? Vi holder fællesmøde den sidste tirsdag i Januar, Marts, Maj, August, September og November kl. 17-21. Tilmeldning sker via. nyhed på forsiden af hjemmesiden, der udsendes også en invitation på mail. It may also involve working on a specific task during the meeting, such as writing invitations for a communal event, planning an event, or organizing various shift schedules. Another new initiative is that with the common meetings, we aim to activate the "ordinary members" so that we have more people involved in the tasks. We invite everyone to join in communal dinners, workshops, and common meetings under the motto "be part of creating your own food community." This way, we hope to make it attractive and easy for ordinary members to participate in solving the association's tasks in a social and enjoyable manner. __When are the common meetings held?__ We hold common meetings on the last Tuesday of January, March, May, August, September, and November from 5 PM to 9 PM. Registration is done through a news update on the homepage of our website, and an invitation is also sent via email.
