Indkøbsgruppen

Indkøbsgruppen er Københavns Fødevarefællesskabs (KBHFF's) tætte kontakt til avlerne. Indkøbsgruppen udvælger og bestiller friske varer fra lokale producenter og leverandører og sammensætter grønsagsposen til medlemmerne. Hertil planlægger de også løssalg af frugt og grønt, tørvarer så som mel, ærter, bønner og linser samt forudbestilling af dvs. produkter via. webshoppen. Det er indkøbsgruppen, som formidler bestillinger og feedback på varekvaliteten til avlerne, og godkender avlere som leverandører til KBHFF. Formålet med indkøbsgruppen er derfor helt kort, at sikre ugens såvel som årets indkøb gennem tæt kontakt til avlerne.

The purchasing group is Copenhagen Food Community's (KBHFF's) close contact with the growers. The purchasing group selects and orders fresh products from local producers and suppliers and assembles the vegetable bag for the members. In addition, they also plan the sale of loose fruits and vegetables, dry goods such as flour, peas, beans, and lentils, as well as pre-orders of products through the webshop. It is the purchasing group that conveys orders and feedback on product quality to the growers and approves growers as suppliers to KBHFF. The purpose of the purchasing group is therefore, in short, to ensure the purchases of the week as well as the year through close contact with the growers.
