!!!Indkøbsgruppen
Indkøbsgruppen er Københavns Fødevarefællesskabs (KBHFF's) tætte kontakt til avlerne. Indkøbsgruppen udvælger og bestiller friske varer fra lokale producenter og leverandører og sammensætter grønsagsposen til medlemmerne. Hertil planlægger de også løssalg af frugt og grønt, tørvarer så som mel, ærter, bønner og linser samt forudbestilling af dvs. produkter via. webshoppen. Det er indkøbsgruppen, som formidler bestillinger og feedback på varekvaliteten til avlerne, og godkender avlere som leverandører til KBHFF. Formålet med indkøbsgruppen er derfor helt kort, at sikre ugens såvel som årets indkøb gennem tæt kontakt til avlerne og at varerne lever op til KBHFFs grundprincipper, dem kan du læsere mere om ((https://kbhff.dk/om/10-grundprincipper|her))

!!!! Bliv indkøber
Medlemmer af KBHFF er velkomne til at deltage i den ugentlige indkøbstjans. Først skal du dog i lære. For at komme det, skal du blot skrive en mail til indkoeb@kbhff.dk med dine kontaktoplysninger (email og gerne telefon) . Der aftaler I hvor og hvornår du vil blive lært op i at være indkøber. Hvis du har nogle spørgsmål, før du tilmelder dig som frivillig i indkøbsgruppen skal du altid være velkommen til at skrive en mail til indkoeb@kbhff.dk.

Engagement er afgørende som indkøber i KBHFF, da det kræver tid og dedikation at lære og udføre opgaverne. Før man tilmelder sig oplæringen som indkøber, er det derfor vigtigt at forstå dette, da det tager cirka tre vagter at mestre rollen. Dette indebærer at være villig til at investere tid og energi i at lære komplekse procedurer og processer. til gengæld kan du forvente stor indflydelse på udvalget af varer, tæt dialog med vores avlere og hyggelige møder i en dedikeret arbejdsgruppe.

Du kan forvente at have to indkøbsvagter cirka hver anden måned.

The purchasing group is Copenhagen Food Community's (KBHFF's) close contact with the growers. The purchasing group selects and orders fresh products from local producers and suppliers and assembles the vegetable bag for the members. In addition, they also plan the sale of loose fruits and vegetables, dry goods such as flour, peas, beans, and lentils, as well as pre-orders of products through the webshop. It is the purchasing group that conveys orders and feedback on product quality to the growers and approves growers as suppliers to KBHFF. The purpose of the purchasing group is therefore, in short, to ensure the purchases of the week as well as the year through close contact with the growers and that the products meet KBHFF's fundamental principles, which you can read more about ((https://kbhff.dk/om/10-grundprincipper|here)).

!!! Become a Buyer
Members of KBHFF are welcome to participate in the weekly shopping duties. However, before you can join, you need to undergo training. To get started, simply send an email to indkoeb@kbhff.dk with your contact information (email and preferably phone). You will then arrange where and when you will be trained as a buyer. If you have any questions before signing up as a volunteer in the purchasing group, you are always welcome to send an email to indkoeb@kbhff.dk.

Engagement is crucial as a buyer in KBHFF since it takes time and dedication to learn and perform the tasks. Therefore, it's important to understand this before enrolling in the buyer training, as it takes approximately three shifts to master the role. This entails being willing to invest time and energy in learning complex procedures and processes. In return, you can expect significant influence on the selection of products, close interaction with our growers, and enjoyable meetings within a dedicated working group.

You can expect to have two purchasing shifts approximately every other month.
