Distributionsgruppen er butiksgruppernes og derved afdelingernes fælles organ – der hvor der udveksles erfaringer fra butikkerne, for at styrke måden hvorpå alle varer kommer sikkert fra avler til medlem via fælleslageret og afdelingerne.



!!!Gruppens kerneopgaver
Distributionsgruppen opsamler på status fra afdelingerne og giver en hjælpende hånd til afdelinger i problemer. Distributionsgruppen sikrer sparring og informations-flow mellem afdelingerne og de fælles arbejdsgrupper. Distributionsgruppen koordinerer logistik – herunder de fælles tjanser som fælleslagervagt og chauffør. Og distributionsgruppen laver strategisk planlægning ift. drift og salg – herunder hjælp til flytning af afdelinger, koordinering af sommeråbning i afdelingerne og oprettelse af nye afdelinger og andre salgsmuligheder.

I tabellen herunder er listet roller og hver rolles forpligtelse (ansvarsområde). Vi arbejder på, at lave mere udførlige beskrivelser af opgaverne, så det er nemmere at videregive, når gamle stopper og nye træder til.
