The purchasing group is Copenhagen Food Community's (KBHFF's) close contact with the growers. The purchasing group assembles the weekly bag, fruit bag, and selects the weekly loose items, pre-ordered goods, and seasonal bags, such as the fruit bag. It is the purchasing group that conveys orders and feedback on product quality to the growers and approves growers as suppliers to KBHFF. The purpose of the purchasing group is therefore, in short, to ensure the purchases of the week as well as the year through close contact with the growers.
