The shopgroup is the admin team who is responsible for the overall operation of the department. The tasks consist of responding to mails from members, updating shift descriptions, keeping in touch with the various KBHFF working groups, sending messages to members, hosting events and devising system improvements. The admin team also has an overview of the sales, so that the right quantities are ordered.
The admin team meets every last Wednesday of the month, after the communal dinner. Admin team meetings are open to all. Members who are interested in engaging further in the department or just want to see what goes on in the meetings are are most welcome!
